Reminder Messages

Reminder messages will be sent two days prior to your appointment.

Please read the message clearly and understand that this is sent from generic mobile numbers and are therefore unmonitored. Any responses outside of the requested will not be returned. Please only respond with yes to confirm, no to cancel or if you need to reschedule your appointment, call my office on 4774 4477.

 

Cancellations

While I strive to maintain flexibility with busy lives, and understand how easy it is to forget an appointment,  late cancellations and no shows do not allow sufficient time for me to fill your spot. As such, when an appointment is unabled to be filled last minute, I have both clients that could've utilised that time and/or loss of income. 

Due to this, the cancellation policy will now be as follows;

All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure treatment time, with the remainder to be paid via Hicaps, Eftpos or cash. This deposit is non-refundable if clients provide less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or fail to arrive at their allocated appointment time. 

 

Late Arrivals

Please try and arrive to your appointment on time. If you do arrive late, your treatment will be shortened to accommodate the client whose appointment follows yours.

 

New Clients

Initial appointments have a 15min consultation time before the commencement of your treatment. this is to cover your medical history and treatment needs. As this is a necessity, your treatment will not be extended if this is not completed beforehand.

 

Parking

As my estate has narrow streets, I request that you do not park on mine or my neighbour’s yards. Please park on the driveway and use the designated pathway into the waiting room.

 

 Business and Contact Hours

Business hours are located on all social media (Facebook & Instagram) as well as my Website. These hours are strict, however are subject to change due to commitments in other locations.

Any calls/messages received outside of these hours will not be returned until the next business day.

 

 

Please respect that while I am home based, I am still a professional business working to maintain high quality client care.
